All Arch pieces are part of a limited pre-order release and are made in intentional quantities.

Because of the nature of pre-order production, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly ask that you review all product details, sizing information, and pre-order timelines carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@loungewitharch.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
